Refund policy
Exchange:
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'l also need the receipt or proof r Of purchase. The hard copy of GST invoice (which we have sent with the product) is mandatory.

Please note that INR 200/- willbe charged for exchange of any product.
Once you agree to the procedure, you may contact our customer support and they Will raise a pickup request for you. lf by any chance our pickup services are not available in your pin code, you may have to ship the parcel by yourself.
If your exchange is accepted, well send you a new (exchanged) product which you will select, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will Β not be accepted.

Note: An unboxing video is necessary and w will be asked from our customer support team if you face an issue with empty parcel (no product / wrong product received).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and item, so right. This needs to be done with 24 Β hours of the delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we do not accept returns by any means. As we deal in pure silver jewelry which comes under precious goods. Hence, We have to pay high shipping charges to ship our products at your doorstep.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a P justification. Refunds
We do not entertain refunds in any case whatsoever. We offer only exchange. You can exchange with any product you want. As we deal in pure silver jewelry, we have to pay a very high amount for shipping and delivery. As majority f the shipping companies do not even on board silver jewelry brands because of high value shipments and the risk of theft from delivery boys in such products is very high.
